Since 1992, Conference America has enhanced business operations throughout the nation by providing exceptional conferencing services and turnkey solutions for our customers. Our services are strictly catered to your conferencing needs, which means that all our efforts and labor over the years have been meticulously geared towards mastering our craft. We don’t try to be all things to all people. We simply try to be personal in the way we do things. With Conference America, you will get your own personal account team so that you will always know who we are, and we will always know you – our customer.
THE DIFFERENCE
Facilities Based.
Conference America is not just another fly by night conferencing company using
someone else’s facilities. We are a facilities-based provider, with a fully
redundant network at all levels. This ensures quality control by allowing
us to control the results for our customers.
We utilize SONET (Synchronous Optical NETwork) ring connections throughout our network with multiple physical entrances. As a further redundancy, we have our own -48 Volt DC power plants. These plants produce a clean flow of power that is absolutely necessary for high-quality telecommunications, while providing protection from power surges and backup power during commercial power outages. As a final security measure, Conference America’s entire power structure is backed up by two on-site diesel generators capable of powering all of Conference America’s operations.

We continuously work to maximize the value we deliver, providing premium quality services the first time, every time. At Conference America, we assume full responsibility in managing a successful meeting for our customers. By committing to these responsibilities, both our customers and Conference America succeed together in our business operations.
Performance Commitment – You be the Judge
We will always strive to provide the conference calling services requested by our customers. However, if we fail to meet your satisfaction because of performance failure of our equipment or personnel, we will as a sole remedy, provide partial or full credit for charges due from the call. All problems must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence.
Availability Commitment – Only at Conference America
We will always strive to provide conference calling services at the times requested by our customer. Provided that Conference America is given timely notice (in accordance with the scheduling intervals set forth below), Conference America promises to provide customer conference calls within fifteen (15) minutes of the time requested or the call is free. The aforementioned commitment applies to calls with less than 30 participants. Scheduling intervals during business days (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time Zone) is thirty (30) minutes and one (1) hour for holidays, nights and weekends.
