This results in more productive and cost-effective meetings, as you’re given the ability to virtually interact as you would in person—using slideshows, chat features, whiteboards, annotation tools and desktop application sharing. WebEcho provides a true real-time collaboration solution.
	Always On Control Always On Control is the web access feature that lets you see and control your meeting when you use the Always On automated service. You become your own operator. As the leader of the conference, you have the ability to dial out to participants, mute or unmute lines, start and stop a recording, see who is participating in your conference and print out a participant list.
	Meeting Control Meeting Control is a unique web control for your conference event question-and-answer calls. It is a secure and encrypted application that lets you manage high-profile events more effectively. You are able to see what our operator is seeing. You can see who is waiting to ask a question, or With Instant Instructions™, you can send text messages to the operator and get an instant answer.
	Conference Stream How about having an audio broadcast of your conference over the web? With Conference Stream your event can be provided as an open broadcast or a secure web broadcast limited to listeners with your pin code. All it takes to listen in is an audio enabled computer and a web connection. The number of simultaneous streams is virtually unlimited.
	Online Reservations With Conference America, Online Reservations are available at the touch of a button. Just enter your information, click and submit. You will get an e-mail confirmation of your request. If you need help, we are always here for you.
	Always On Profile Update Always On Profile Update allows you to view and edit your call settings over the web. You can change the way your participants enter and exit the call, choose to allow your participants to start the conference without you, and even set your call to have an automated recorded greeting from you.

	Conference Cost Manager Conference Cost Manager is the solution for individuals or department heads managing their conference costs as they happen. Access is limited to the accounts that fall under the individual’s responsibility. You have the ability from any of the different access levels to view individual line connect and disconnect times on your calls. Remember, all this is available the day after the call.
	Account Provisioning Always On Provisioning is an online form that allows you or your event leaders to control conference accounts. You have the ability to add, change or deactivate leader accounts, which simplifies managing personnel changes. All you need to do is complete and submit the form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
